 Radcliffe Realty opened a real estate office on North Market Street in the summer of 2000 so that they could be in the middle of the revitalization of downtown Frederick. Lee Radcliffe, Owner/Broker, has been in the real estate profession since 1983. He is experienced in all phases of real estate.

      Our office at 233 North Market Street is an excellent example of how an older building can be used in a modern business. The first floor office is remolded into office suites, yet maintains the character and charm of the downtown historic district.

Gail Mann, Becky Smith and Lee Radcliffe, Broker had an opportunity to meet Governor Robert Ehrlich, Jr. when he was recently in Frederick for a symposium on affordable housing in Frederick County

 

Craig Lackay (center) a City of Frederick employee, recently purchased his first home.  Craig was eligible for over $30,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance by participating in the Frederick County Neighborhood Conservation Initiative Program.  He is the first participant to purchase a home under this program.  Shown with Craig (from left to right) are Susan Yinger, Radcliffe Realty Group, Joe Baldi and Brad Petersen of Frederick Community Action Agency, Mr. Lackay, Jeri Benner, Mason Dixon Funding, Margie Lance, NCI Program Manager and Steve Fox, Fox Realty.  NCI is funded by the Department of Housing and Community Development.  It provides down payment and closing cost loans for the purchase of foreclosed homes.
