 Radcliffe Realty opened a real estate office on North Market Street in the summer of 2000 so that they could be in the middle of the revitalization of downtown Frederick. Lee Radcliffe, Owner/Broker, has been in the real estate profession since 1983. He is experienced in all phases of real estate.

      Our office at 233 North Market Street is an excellent example of how an older building can be used in a modern business. The first floor office is remolded into office suites, yet maintains the character and charm of the downtown historic district.

Susan Yinger was recently awarded the Accredited Buyer Representation designation by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Assoc. of Realtors.  This designation was earned by successfully completing comprehensive courses and verifying professional experience.  Shown presenting the award to Susan is Lee Radcliffe, Broker.
