Lee Radcliffe...Owner/Broker..Lee began his Real Estate career in 1983 as a new homes salesperson. He became General Sales Manager of a mid-sized local builder in 1987, serving until 1992 when he entered general brokerage and obtained his Certified Residential Appraiser license. He opened his own brokerage, Radcliffe Realty Group, LLC in June 2000, moving to its present location a year later. Lee provides extensive community service, serving on the Boards of the Salvation Army Advisory Board, Community Living, Inc, Downtown Fredeick Partnership, and he is a charter member of the Rotary Club of Carroll Creek.

Liz Baker... A Native of Frederick County, Liz Baker has been in the real estate industry since 1993 and has extensive sales and negotiating experience. Liz strives to provide the highest level of service with professionalism and integrity. She enjoys golf, bowling and volunteering on a horse rescue farm located in Frederick County. Dolan... Bill
has been in the real estate business over 14 years as
both an owner and Realtor of residential and commercial
property in the Frederick County area. Bill has
been very active in the FCAR on the Community Service
Committee & the American Home Month Project. This
committee rebuilds a home every year in our county for
someone in need. Bill is the Vice President of
Middletown Valley Business Association & has
several hundred hours as a parent volunteer with the
Middletown schools. He was nominated by his peers
in 2005 for the Community Service Leader Award of MD.
Bill is a single parent of Lindsay who is active in the
marching band at MHS. She is also a Girl Scout who
has earned her Silver Award and is currently working on
her Gold Award and, of course, she
volunteers in her spare time. A regular chip off

Associate Broker Prior to becoming a Realtor, I graduated from The University of Maryland with a B.S. from the Architecture School in Planning (and I am an all-weather Terps fan!) I entered real estate as a Real Estate Appraiser and later became a Realtor in 1994.
